The cheeta, fastest of all African mammals-above, the black eagle soars. The impala has amazing speed and leaps when alarmed. Seldom found far from marshland, river or floodplain, the male horns can grow to 75 cm. South African Antelope. Female Kudu face-to-face are unaware of the rest of the world. Free, wild and unpredictable. Gathering at the waterhole at evening, their large ears help cool them. They can live to 60 or 70. Dangerous, beautiful, fascinating and worth seeing in their habitat. My next excursion. The stripes confuse preditors like lion, hyena and wild dog when trying to single one from the herd The man and woman look into each others eyes. The owl is the night and the elephant, the strength of their love. Supreme ruler of his territory, the lion fears nothing. Out of the sun to rest awhile.
